The NLE Development Process
Recruit
We identify ambitious players from solo queue, amateur leagues, collegiate competition, and open tryouts who are committed to improving.
Compete
Players compete in uncapped leagues, open qualifiers, and high-level amateur events against stronger opposition and established organizations.
Develop
Through scrims, reviews, analytics, and coaching, players refine their mechanics, communication, preparation, and decision-making.
Advance
Top performers leverage competitive results, experience, and exposure to pursue opportunities with larger amateur, semi-professional, and professional organizations.
